In our last blog, we talked about the types of videos to use to attract new leads to a business. In this next part – the middle of the funnel – we’re talking about the stage where potential customers have shown some interest in your brand, but they may not be ready to make a purchase yet. Here, the goal is to educate and nurture these leads to help move them closer to making a purchase and there are a couple of videos that can help:

1. Explainer videos will again be of use with some education on the benefits of your product or service. These videos help to build a relationship with potential customers and establish your brand as a trusted source of information.

2. How-to videos that demonstrate how to use your product or service are useful. Also adding in practical tips and valuable information that deepen a customer’s understanding of how your solution can help is also beneficial.

3. Showcasing your expertise in your industry can be effective in the middle of the funnel stage. Sharing valuable insights and perspectives establishes you as a thought leader in your space and builds trust.

4. Webinar videos (either live or pre-recorded) that provide more in-depth information can be really effective at this stage. This provides value to potential customers, and allows them to make an informed decision about whether to proceed to purchase.
